Edge Polishing Machine – E1
The single head automatic edge polishing machine E1 is fitted to polish the bull-nose or similar profiles and straight edges.
Slide holding spindle moves on the beam by means of linear guides, driven by an inverter. The position of spindle is controlled by software limit switches according to the stone length.
The input of the data into the touch screen is made easy by the user-friendly display. All the controls are with visual keyboards. All data are set by the touch screen.
The spindle rotation from 0-180 degree is made by means of articulated arms.
It is equipped with pneumatic counter-pressure device which allows different pressure variations on 180 degree of rotation in order to allow the perfect form of the profile.
The working bench has rubber plane to place stone and 9 pieces of upper pressers to fix the stone.
