Glass frosting paste, with surface screen together, can print various pattern, logo, trademark and words etc. It can be used for frosting many different art glasses, such as crystal glass, art lamp, glass slide, table, chessboard, cup wad, stained glass, glass doors and windows, mirrors, big decorative glass, which features easy operation, high productivity, cost-saving and vivid pattern.

Usage:
Use nylon or terylene materials (120~135 mesh size) and emulsion(water resistant)Ⅱ to make the
Paste print should be operated twice. First, spread the paste uniformly, otherwise, the frosted effect of glass will not uniform. (If there is frosting paste left on the surface screen after first operation, then spread the paste in the same direction with a squeegee, finally the second operation)
Stir the paste well before use
Glass surface must be clean without any water droplet (no polluted or weathered glass)
As frosting paste is thick and diff, we suggest you use our diluents if there is difficulty in spreading.
Please keep the glass 2-4mm below the screen to ensure that the screen can be separated with the glass surface rapidly.
Put enough paste on the screen after it is well stirred.
Print the frosting paste firmly on the glass surface with a 70~75° polyurethane squeegee
Let the paste react on the glass surface for about 30~60 seconds, then spray or wash the glass clean with water.
Glass frosting is finished after the glass is dried or aired.
Now, clean the surface screen and fry it for reuse.
Seal and store the paste left for reuse.
