Potassium Sulphate
is a source of highly soluble potassium, and has the additional benefit of supplying sulfur. It is used in agricultural production systems where potassium is a limiting nutrient and also as a substitute for potassium chloride on chloride-sensitive crops.

Application Recommendations
Potassium sulfate is commonly used as a specialty fertilizer on crops that are sensitive to soil chloride levels, such as potatoes, lettuce, tobacco, avocados, peaches, and legumes. It is also used in cases where chloride buildup may be problematic. Mined and synthesized potassium sulfate are identical, and thus are functionally interchangeable.
1.Can be used as base fertilizer. When using potassium sulfate as basal dry, deep application must cover soil to reduce the potassium crystal fixed, and use of crop root absorption and improve efficiency.
2.As the mobility of potassium in the soil less, should focus on the application or pit to be more dense root layer to enhance absorption. Sandy soils are often potassium, should be dressing to prevent leaching.
3.Can be used as types of fertilizer and foliar application. Acres planted in fertilizer consumption 1.5 ~ 2.5kg, can also be made into 2% to 3% solution for foliar application.
4.Potassium sulfate is also used as a flash reducer in artillery propellant charges. It reduces muzzle flash, flareback and blast overpressure.
