Characteristic:

1. Feed motor is made by Beiren Group, strong, accurate, feeding range is 150g/㎡—800g/㎡.

2. Paper alignment system: special design of synchronous push pawl could posit face paper and under paper in glue position, and to adjust slightly up and down paperboards.

3. Under paper feeding department: adopts Japan punching belt adsorb feeding device, strong, stable. Suitable paperboard: A, B,C, D, E, F, N flute and 3 layer, 5 ply, 7 ply corrugated cardboards, high speed to feed, smooth and accurate.

4. Under paper conveying department: special synchronous push pawl device, establish A, B,C, D, E, F, N flute and 3 layer, 5 ply, 7 ply corrugated cardboards, high speed to feed, smooth and accurate.

5. Gluing system: fully automatic glue make-up system, liquid level relay automatically check and make up glue. Customers could adjust glue layer, thick or thin, according to different paperboards’ demand, to make averagely gluing. It equipped with glue recycle system, to save glue.

6. Transmission system: adopt America Gates synchronous belt as transmission component, soft, strong, durable, stand wear and tear, good strain, heat-proof. Keep pace with synchronous belt-wheel in accuracy. And to suit the synchronous push pawl, adjust system and side baffler’s alignment, to make good error ±1.5mm, and less rate of bad paper.

7. Adjust system: adopt Japan precise phase regulator, to establish the adjustment of glue error when high speed working, promoting production efficiency.

8. PLC centre control whole machine, with trouble alert devices, to be accurate, safe and dependable.
