Performance and Features:
1. Main transmission system adopts frequency conversion motor to achieve stepless speed-adjusting.
2. The whole machine adopts combined type which can finish one time continuous multicolor printing on single-sided and double-sided (wrong side printing is optional). It equips with meter counter.
3. The material-rewinding and traction adopt torque motor. Material-unwinding adopts magnetic powder brake. (Auto tension controller is optional.)
4. The ink adopts ink pump to cycle automatically.
5. The drying system adopts double drying channel. The up and down oven adopts centrifugal air blower control, cast iron chassis, 70m/min drying. The closed oven temperature can be controlled and adjusted automatically.
6. Ink scraper can be adjusted up and down, left and right, different angle at random. Horizontal move and return repeatedly.
7. The material unwinding and rewinding adopt reverse double-station to finish material feeding and collecting without machine stop.
8. Rubber roller lifting adopts manual lifting. (Pneumatic is optional.)
9. Plate registration adopts clutch gearbox with high precision and steady overprinting.
10. Material unwinding and rewinding adopts air shaft for material loading and unloading (option).
11. Pneumatic pressure printing roller (option).
