Dosage: 1 to 1.5%, be sure that 25kg plastic sample is used and mixed in blender for 10 to 15 minutes
Simple usage:
Toughening agent is added in process of blending materials
Extrusion and injection or blow molding can be carried out after mixture of plastics and toughening agent is heated
If colorant, please add A-408 first and after 5 minutes of blending pigment can be added
Plastics are easier to be colored
Product can adhere to colorant, make pigmentation more even and decreases using amount of dispersant, spreading oil
Product is transparent material without impurity and deposit
Without any influence on transparence and color of plastics
Because all kinds of plastics possess various properties and brands show obvious discrepancy in quality, various heating time using amount are required for them
In order to ensure product quality, don’t mix them with other chemical agents such as white mineral oil in use, in case of having negative influence on effect
