Function is mainly increase the toughness and strength of plastic of scraping, plastic of regrinding and raw material, meantime increase cold-resistant and anti-blow
Dosage as follow:
Ultra-low cost: dosage is 0.6 to 1%, be sure that 25kg plastic sample is used and mixed in blender for 8 to 10 minutes (mere several KG is not accurate enough)
Simple usage:
Toughening agent is added in the process of blending materials
First amount of diffusion oil or white mineral oil and plastic green mix
Toughening agent is blended with plastics for 8 to 10 minutes
When the material has been uniformly blended, the mixture material can be heated for extrusion and blow or injection molding
In order to test the effect of toughening agent, please carry out it after that the extrusion and injection or blow molding has be finished for 24 hours
That will make the effect more obvious
