This machine is ideal for two or multi layer dry laminating of various material film such as BOPP, PET, PVC, CPP, PE, NY and paper etc.

1. Unwind and rewind unit adopt turret type with independent turning frame
2. Tension control system: PLC+eight sets of vector frequency inverter motor+dancing roller device
3. Parameters and machine running condition are displayed by touch screen
4. Pneumatically open/close drying cabinet length 8meter (four stages)
5. Coating mode: anilox roller(many specifications for choice)
6. Certain height for glue reservation and glue circulate automatically
7. Guide roller inside drying cabinet is run synchronously
8. EPC device is attached for 1st unwind unit
9. Pre-driving of waiting roller before roll exchange and web splicing without stop the machine
10. Lay-on roller is attached for rewind shaft
11. Laminating roller heating: electrical heating or oil heating
12. Bottom layer pre-heating, Bottom water supply with auto circulation
13. Laminating motor of independently frequency inverter synchronized with coating motor by PLC control.
