One Step Test for hs-CRP (Colloidal Gold) applies colloidal gold immunochromatography to detect high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in serum and plasma samples with FIA8000 quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer quantitatively. This test supports the detection of mild or early forms of cardiovascular disease.

Store at 4~30oC with a valid period of 24 months.
Use the test card within 1 hour once the foil bag is opened.

Test Procedure
1. Please read the manual carefully before testing, restore the samples and the test card to room temperature and number the samples.
2. Confirm that SD card lot No. matches with that of diagnostic kits. Insert SD card into FIA8000 analyzer and wait self-checking successfully. (See FIA8000 manual for details)
3. Remove the test card from bag, and use it within 1 hour. (The test card should be used as quickly as possible once the bag is opened, especially if the room temperature is over 30oC and the humidity is over 60%.)
4. Drop 15μl whole blood or 10 μl serum or plasma to the sample dilution buffer in the tube, and mix gently and thoroughly. Take 120 μl or 4 drops of mixed solution vertically to the sample port on the test card.
5. If the specimen is of small quantity, inside-board testing is suggested. Set board-running time at 7 minutes (see FIA8000 manual for details).,insert the card immediately into FIA8000 analyzer and press ”OK” key, the test card can be detected and the result will be printed automatically.
If the specimen is of large quantity, outside-board testing is suggested. By using the clock, insert the test card into the analyzer 7 minutes after adding specimen. Suggest to detect one specimen every 2 minutes.
