Block Cutter – BL1200

 

The block cutter is a machine for cutting marble and granite blocks up to 450mm deep.

It has PLC control system. The single cut or multi cuts cycles can be performed.

The beam moving with an encoder gives the accuracy of the cutting. The X-axis cutting speed is controlled by an inverter.

The movement of the beam and spindle are on prismatic guides in oil bath. They are design to avoid tilting and jumping of the spindle. This solution eliminates the blade deviation during the cutting at a high speed.

On request a rotating table can be supplied.
