Introduction
There are main part, putting roll, embossing, parts feeding traction, die cutting, waste collection, controllor, etc.
1. Complete appliance is channel steel rack construction, two sides are steel plate, door panel is sheet iron, top cover is stainless steel plate.
2. Pulling roll use 3" pneumatic core shaft, electromagnetic brake control the tensility.
3. Embossing part has 1 set embossing roller that made as buyer's request.
4. Feeding part is fixed-length controlled by stepper motor or tracking.
5. Die cutting part work in deflection horizontal direction and run by main motor, directional collector for finished product is provided, can be collected in pile.
6. Waste is slippage collected by synchronous machine with electromagnetic clutch.
7. Control section adopt touch screen and single operation box. Setup is lenth,speed,quantity,giving an alarm,urgency stop,photoelectricity tracking, count backwards stop, etc.
8. Transmission shaft, sink roll, expand tightness all use rolling contact bearing.
9. One set of molds, 3~5 pieces in each cut.
