GZT Vibration Motor Feeder Machine
(1)Introduction
GZT Series Vibrating Feeder is manufactured by adopting civil advanced techniques, which takes vibration motor as vibration source. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance, adjustable grizzles. It is widely used in mining, building materials, cement, transportation, energy and chemical industries, for giving (and screening) suitable-size materials for the next process.
 
(2)Working Principle
It consists of frame, two sets of vibration motor, rubber spring, spring support.When two vibrating motors are making the counter motions with the same angular velocity, the inertia force generated by eccentric block repeatedly overlie or offset in the specific phase. Resulting in the great synthesis of exciting force, the body is forced to make the forward 45-degree linear motion on the spring support, the vibration is taken as driving force. Materials makes the sliding & throwing movements, so the materials move forward and achieve the feeding purpose. When materials get through the sieve on the funnel, the smaller material can fall through the sieve gap and make a screening effect without going through the next crushing process.
