(1)Introduction
We have a lot of wasted flat glass, stacked and occupies a wide land area. Actually, they are valuable resources and we can make use of these wasted flat glass. In response to country’s environmental policy that encourages to recycle these wasted flat glass, our company have developed the best crusher.
 
(2)Workg Principle
1 Our glass bottler crusher adopts a new impeller with the stone inner liner (exclude the open impeller). The impeller revolving fast as a pump rips the glass bottle into the crushing chamber. The chamber had been installed various structure collocation to adapt varied working condition such as, the impact plate installed in the chamber suited various material. But for the more abrasive material the machine does not install the impact plate; only install the stone inner liner etc.
2 The material feed from the top of the machine should be accelerated in the impeller. The speed of the material is up to 50-85 m/s. The impeller throws the speedy material into the chamber. In this process, due to the fast speed of the material and the impact between the material and the machine, crushing effect is up to high level.
3 In some instances, a part of materials flow into the chamber not through the impeller but outside the impeller. This factor increases the suspended particle and improves the energy conversion. Combing this factor and other factors such as impeller diameter, link speed and the chamber shape, may enhance the effect and reduce wearing. Adopting this combination is the effective method to obtain most or least smalls material.
