(1) Introduction

This series belt conveyor is widely used to convey the loosen materials and part material in the field such as mine, metallurgy, coal etc. It has the advantage of big capacity, easy maintenance, standard parts etc.

 

(2) Process Flow

According to process flow requirements, belt conveyer's function is very flexible from one or more points. And also be expected to more or segments discharging.

When the belt is fed from several points (such as the conveyor belt conveyor under coal warehouse in coal factories) or be fed at any point by feeding equipments, belt conveyor becomes a main transportation route.

Belt conveyor in coal factory can get materials from the tunnel under coal storage site, if necessary, it can put the pile of different raw material mix. Materials may be discharged simply from conveyor head.

A Frame: our standard U-shape channel steel (option: steel truss frame with bigger strength)

B Belt: our standard 5-layer rubber belt. Smooth belt or pattern belt

C Landing leg: made in site. Channel steel or steel pipe

D Overhaul aisle: made in site. One side or two side

E Head feeding hopper: one feeding hopper for one belt conveyor

F Mobile belt conveyor: Option.  tripod + 4 wheels

G Installation angle: 0-25 degree. Pattern belt f for 20-25 degree.
