Hot rolling pickled strip

Overview
During the hot-rolling production with high temperature oxidation, the surface of the strip is protected by a heavy layer of iron scale. Such this kind of strip can not be directly used to produce structure article. After acid cleaning, the surface of the strip shows its iron gray and becomes clean, and then oiled with anti-rust oil, thus hot-rolling acid cleaning strip comes into being.

Our company adopts push-and-pull style acid cleaning unit, which is introduced by advanced shallow tank turbulent flow style hydrochloride and is designed by fully reinforced domestic companies.

During the production, the process is strictly controlled and the products are in good quality.

Features

(1)    Internal weave of the strip is hot rolled structure, at the same time, the strip possesses higher strength and plasticity, and can satisfy with anti-loading capacity, in favor of cold-bending molding.

(2)    The surface of the strip is clean and zero-rusty, which is used to forming and assembling, and is easy to coat with painting.

Cold bending test: international standard, under direction of diameter longitudinal direction 0.5a, transverse direction, cold rolling can be 180 without cold-bending broken.
