Specifications

The select of technological process configuration is the key, which decides the success of Fly ash aerated concrete production line, so find the scientific and reasonable process flow and configuration is the initial step for production of quality products and realization of the economical benefits we expected.  

The process flow of fly ash aerated concrete:     

Adopts wet processing production line, main procedures contains raw material preparation, batching and pouring, static stop cutting and steam curing etc. Firstly grinding the fly ash or silicate sand with proportioned water into slurry, then add powered lime, certain cement, gypsum and foaming agent, then mixing and pouring the mixture into the mould frame, static stop for foaming and hardening, thus be cut into blocks or panels of different specification, then the adobes will be sent to the autoclaves by steaming larry, the porous and light weight aerated concrete products will be formed into beings. It features of light weight, high compressive strength, heat conservation and insulation, cannot burn, anti-earth quaking, sound insulation and anti-water absorption and so on.         

The standard and purpose of the raw materials in fly ash aerated concrete production line

1, Fly ash    

Fly ash is the core raw material for this product, and it is also the main silicate and aluminum sources for aerated concrete.

2,Cement   

Cement is the main source of the compressive strength for aerated concrete. It provides the main calcium ingredient for aerated concrete. We should choose the suitable cement for fly ash aerated concrete through the variety and grade two sides. The fist and best cement which should be selected, is 52.5 grade ordinary silicate cement. But actually in order to reduce production cost, we usually adopt the 42.5 grade ordinary silicate cement.

 3,Lime  

Lime is also one of the main raw materials for fly ash aerated concrete production, the main function if provide efficient CaO together with cement, make sure the CaO could react with the SiO2,Al2O3 in the silicate materials under water thermal condition, thus form hydrated silicate calcium. So lime is one of the main strength source for this product. The efficient CaO ratio in quick lime which used for aerated concrete production should not less than 65%,for more than 80% will be best, and according to the JC/T621-1996 standard.

 4, gypsum  

Gypsum is the regulator additive in the foaming process in fly ash aerated concrete production. The regulating effect mainly on the postpone for quick lime slaking and slurry hardening speed processes. The main chemical ingredient is CaSO4.Presently there are three kinds of gypsum in the market: plaster stone, anhydrite and calcined gypsum. In adition, the gypsum could also be gained from the chemical engineering industry, such as the phosphor gypsum expelled from the phosphor fertilizer production, flour gypsum decharged from the Fluorinated Chemicals production, Titanium dioxide gypsum from the titanium white powder production etc. They all could replace the original gypsum to reduce the production costs.

5, foaming agent
The foaming agent is playing an important role as foaming additive in fly ash aerated concrete production, it could cause bubbles in the concrete, thus the light weight and perforated structure could be formed  

6, foam stabilizer additive

When the air bubbles are formed, because its external body is very thin, they are very easy to break under disturbance by various condition, thus will cause bad quality for the concrete. So the foam stabilizer additive need to be added into the slurry.

The typical raw materials formula and consumption for fly ash aerated concrete block  

Fly ash: 70%, consumption: 350kg/m3
Cement: 13.8%, consumption: 25-30kg/m3
Lime: 13.8%, consumption: 140-150kg/m3
Phosphogysum: 2.96%, consumption: 2.96%
Aluminium: very few, 0.4kg/m3 consumption

The technological process flow for fly ash aerated concrete production line:

1. The raw materials preparation technology for fly ash aerated concrete production line

The raw material preparation procedures contains crushing and grinding of quick lime, crushing, grinding and mixing of gypsum, grinding and slurry of fly ash or gypsum, waste slurry preparation and so on. The fly ash and quick lime are the main raw materials for fly ash aerated concrete production.fly ash as the solid wastes discharged by burning coal for boiler, the nature is born to be, but we can adopts wet processing grinding them into fines we request for easy using.

2. Batching and pouring process in fly ash aerated concrete production

The process is specialized in batching in proportion, mixing and pouring in moulds for the raw materials we prepared. The lime, cement and fly ash slurry could be batched through semi-automatic control system or Accumulate ingredients measured by full automatic PLC control system

3. The quiet stop and cutting process for fly ash aerated concrete production

The moulds will be sent to the static stop room for 2-3 hours stable temperature maintenance after pouring, then formed into the adobe. Then the adobes reach a certain strength for cutting after static stop, the mould will be slung and placed on the cutting table by the aerial overturn crane, the flip hoist overturn the mould in 90 degrees in the air, the de-mould the adobe and put it together with the adobe on the cutting table, the adobe will be multi-step cut on the cutting table.   

4. The steam curing process in fly ash aerated concrete production line

The coded steaming larry will be sent in the autoclaves for steam curing by hauling machine, after 8-10 hours curing, the finished products will be pulled out by the hauling machine.
