There is two type of Copper coated steel grounding rods(Electrode) , whole grounding rod and combination grounding rods. The combination grounding rods is with corresponding fitting. Between grounding rod and grounding net/grounding line is connected by hardware or hot welding, ensure reliable connection.

Copper Coated Steel Grounding Rods (CCSGR )

Copper coated steel grounding rods(Electrode) is coated cathode copper of 99.9% on the core of low carbon steel, the thickness of copper layer is above 0.254 mm which could be rolling thread. It is the advantage of high tensile strength, strong corrosion resistance. If needs, the copper coated steel grounding rod is also equipped with COUPLE, AIGUILLE and so on.

The Copper coated steel grounding rods(Electrode) also can be manufactured by pointed at one end.

Copper coated steel grounding rods(Electrode) main technical parameters:
  1, The copper layer thickness :0.25 mm;

  2, The tensile strength≥600N / mm2
  3, Straightness tolerance≤ 1mm / m
  4, Strong corrosion resistance, long life

Between Copper coated steel rod and grounding wire of grounding system, it is welded by hot melting welding, ensure the grounding system is protected completely by copper, and make the grounding system don't need maintenance.
