Powerful feeding mechanism and rotating system
1. Rotating system driven by high power hydraulic motor provides strong torque reserve and reduces the sticking drilling probability.
2. Feeding mechanism driven by high power hydraulic motor can generate 20KN lifting power. Adjusting the pressure regulating valve on the control valve can get favorable driving power required by the working condition.
Adjustable boom
Boom is adjustable. The angle of drilling hole and height of horizontal hole can be adjusted by controlling the stretch-out and draw-back of the hydro-cylinder.
Reliable Hydraulic Pump System
1. Oil supplied by two independent gear pumps, reliable operation, strong adaptability, easy maintenance.
2. Adopt gear transmission and soft connection, possessing compact structure and stable operation.
3. Adopt special hydraulic components. That improves the system’s stability and reliability.
4. Install oil liquid cooling device, to eliminate the exothermic hydraulic oil’s influence to the system.
Centralized Operating System
1. Designed with advanced hydraulic system and functional gas supply system, all actions can be centralized controlled, easy to operate.
2. Running the hydraulic operating valve can lift or swing the boom, and adjust the pitching, swing angle and forward or backward moving of drilling rig, and also level the crawler.
3. Running the pneumatic operating valve can open the oil pump, and realize the crawler drilling rig’s function of lifting, rotating and impacting, to ensure the high efficiency rock drilling.
