When you are receiving goods, first open the box to confirm whether the goods were damaged or missing before sign it, if  exist the above situation, please refuse to sign it, and let the Express company send back, I find them a good claim; If you are experiencing some delivery staff have to allows you to check before you sign, you must be in the face of the delivery staff to check if there are some damaged or missing, if exist, please let the delivery staff Present certificate (stamp), I will take the certificate to claims . The flashlight in need of repair, please contact your local dealer or web site customer service to sent back and please write a note in the parcel with the rework`s reasons and write clearly your return address, in order to avoid misunderstanding.
