Methods:: brushing, rolling,spraying

Consumption: Theoretical value 8-11m2/kg(dry film thickness is 30 µm).

Dilution: to achieve the best effect of besmear,according ti actual situation,when rolling,  brushing, can add not exceed 30% of clean water to dilute.

Substrate treatment: Surface should be clean, dry and stable, moisture <15%, pH<10. Remove unstable old film by high pressure wash or scraper.

Re-coating time(dry film thickness is 30µm,25-30℃)

Surface Dry: 20min        Hard Dry: 2h      Recoating: interval at least 2h 

 

Construction conditions:

 

The construction temperature must be more than 5℃, relative humidity must be less than 80%. Do not construct when the temperature is low and the humidity is high, or else,can't achieve the best effect of besmear.

 

Storage;

 

This product should be stored in a cool dry place 0-35℃ airtight seal

 Do not construct with the solvent-based polyurethane paint at the same time.
