Usage:
This is a professional eqipment for busbar processing of copper or aluminium in electric industry ,high and low voltage work piece and busbar groove industry.
Characteristics:
1.It has three pumps ,shearing,bending,punching uint can work at the same time or respectively.
2.CNC system from Japan MITSUBI controls all working units
3.The machine is controlled by two axes,one is used to control the size ,that is ,to control length of cutting line,location of punching,location of bending edge length and so on.the other one controls the angle od bedning,this guarantees high precision and consistency.
4.We use electrical non-indentation die to guarantee bending precision and no bending mark.
5.It has multifunction such as punching holesmshearing,bending,vertical bending,embossing,twisting,pressing cable joint on busbar.
Control accuracy:
Max. location precision of back gauge:±0.2mm
control accuracy of bending angle:±1º
two holes can be punched at the same time
electrical tools can measure the bending angle directly.
Special tools guarantee workpieces have no indentation.
