The line includes single-screw extruder, vacuum automatic charge unit, drying hopper, mould, three-roll calendar, heating calibrated unit, Cooling stacker, Edge-trimming unit, hauling-off unit, cutting unit, unloading unit and so on. Compact structure, perfect performance.  The special screw and barrel, optimization design, made of 38CrMoAiA, give the complete line many advantages of average plasticizing, steady extruding output, high yield, long live, etc. The barrel of extruder adopts cast Aluminum heater, cooling fan, and temperature electric-controlling meter. The good finished boards are molded by precision calendar unit with nice adjusting function. The fixed-length cutting unit makes sure accuracy of length of finished board.
