This concrete batching plant manufactured by our factory is the latest product developed and improved on the basis of excellent pattems of machinery at home and abroad
The main mixer is JS1000 with a theoretical maximum productivity of 60m3/h, which is 20% higher than the common ones. The automatic cycle time is 1 minute.
-The shaft end seal is separate type, i.e. the shaft end sealing is separated from the shaft end lubricating.
-All materials are weighed with high-precision sensor and electric balance with a weighing accuracy up to ±1%.
-It can mix four kinds of aggregate at the same time. Water, 3 kinds of cement (including admixture like fly ash), two sorts of power additive and two types of liquid additive (at users’ option).
-There storing, conveying and automatic weighing system of powder and liquid additives.
-Critical components like limit switch are imported.
-The control room is isolated to reduce the impact of vibration on weighing and extend the life of control system.
-In terms of feeding, we have rope hoisting hopper.
