Our steel silo with special and advanced technology. During construction, rolling sheet with width of 495mm is rolled to required shape from coil opening machine to forming machine and then is bended and bitten to screw embossed strip with width of 30mm-40mm around outside of steel silo. Inside steel silo, the stiffener is welded with embedded plates to improve the strength of steel silo.
Space structure technology is used in design of the silo framework to ensure the stability of big span, the angle is 25°with good strength.
Equipment positioning: According to the diameter of steel silo, fixing the position of the equipments;
Rolling silo: After fixing the position of the equipments, rolling silo to 2m high;
Install silo roof: After cutting silo roof level with plasma cutter, installing the silo roof;
Lifting silo: Lifting the rolling silo to required height;
Fixing silo: Taking out the machines, fixing the silo with embedded plate;
Installing other facility: The user design and installation of the selected form object.

Will be on the loose coil winding machine loose on paper, through the coil bending machine, and the initial processing of forming the same time, the material bent in the required curvature, and then the crimping machine to bend with the good material to bite mouth, rolling forming, spiral upward through the bearing bracket lifting into the cylinder.

Good overall quality and long life:
During silo construction, special equipment is used. Around the silo body there is a 30-40 mm wide spiral protruding strip (five times the thickness of the material) that strengthens the silo in load-bearing capacity, steadiness and anti-seismic. Highly anti-corrosion material ensures longer silo life.
Good gas-tightness and extensive usages:
As special equipment is used during the construction processing, quality can be ensures in every respect. With good gas-tightness, pest-killng and fumigation can be carried out inside the silo when storing grains. According to the characters of the contents, different materials are available to satisfy the requirements in grain storage, brewing, waste water treatment etc. in industrial and agricultural aspects.

Short construction period and low expenses:
With Lipp equipment, no scaffolding and other normal equipment are needed. The machine operates at 5m/s. Thus construction period is short. The weight of the material is much smaller than the concrete silo. With double-folded material, the silo can be used to contain corrosive liquid in chemical industry, environment protection, etc.
Economizing on space and easy management:
Different from other type of steel silos, Lipp silo has a big choice of height and diameter. The minimum distance between two silos is 500 mm and less space is used. Full automation can be used in the respect of temperature detecting, content level detecting, etc. to satisfy customers.
