The main concrete mixer is JS1000 with a theoretical maximum productivity of 60m3/h, which is 20% higher than the common ones. The automatic cycle time is 1 minute.
-The shaft end seal is separate type, i. e. The shaft end sealing is separated from the shaft end lubricating.
-All materials are weighed with high-precision sensor and electric balance with a weighing accuracy up to ± 1%.
-The concrete mixer can mix four kinds of aggregate at the same time. Water, 3 kinds of cement (including admixture like fly ash), two sorts of power additive and two types of liquid additive (at users’ option).
-There storing, conveying and automatic weighing system of powder and liquid additives.
-Critical components like limit switch are imported.
-The control room is isolated to reduce the impact of vibration on weighing and extend the life of control system.
-In terms of feeding, we have rope hoisting hopper.
