PTPL test bench is used to test the injection quantity of PT Flange Type, Cylinder Type, PT (K) injectors and so on. The test bench has the following features;

1.       It is controlled by microcomputer. Injection quantity is digital display and readout intuitively. Its measurement precision is ±2 every time.

2.       According to the injection quantity of different injectors, test bench can meter in the range of 100 times.

3.       The injecting back-pressure simulator of injectors simulates the compression stress when injecting in cylinder. It can make injector injecting on test bench the same with injecting in cylinder of engine.

4.       It is more convenient to assemble and disassemble the cam. And cam can be chosen according to different injectors.

5.       Temperature of fuel tank is controlled automatically. To ensure fuel works in the fixed range.

6.       Operating pressure indicator system can monitor change of fuel pressure of each fuel circuit intuitively.

7.       Control button on instrument board is controlled by interlock circuit, increasing safety in operation.
