Introduction: Hammer mill also named hammer crusher, and crushes materials by the collision between high-speed hammer and materials. Hammer crusher is used to crush mid-hardness and weak corrosive materials, whose compressive strength is under 100 Mpa, and water ratio is less than 15%. Hammer mill possesses qualities of simple structure, large reduction ratio and high-efficiency.


Work principle: The motor drives the rotor of the hammer crusher at high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are many hammers. when the material get into the working areas, they are crushed by the rotating hammers with high speed, then discharge required products from outlet. The large size products which are blow expectation are brought back to crushing area for crushing again until they reached the required size.
