Permanent-magnet Lifter consists of two parts: permanent-magnetic chuck and discharge device. The permanent magnetic body produces magnetic line of force to the attracted materials by passing the magnetic conductive board to form a closed path, which can achieve the purpose of attracting magnetic materials. It has features of large attraction, small volume, light deadweight, highly energy-saving, long service life, safe and reliable operation. It is applied in mechanism, metallurgy, shipbuilding, wagon works, dock, stock ground and so on which need to transport billet, steel plate, round steel with good permeance below 100℃. It can both be operated by single unit and by combination of several units.

Product's characteristics: 1,YX2 series adopts the structure of ratchet wheel type/carrier rod type,to achives the feeding and discharging action automatically.It is used for short and thick steel plate. 2,It has equiped with air-gap adusting rod which can adjust the attraction to lift and transport steel plate with single one conveniently. 3,It has requirement to attracted materials' outline dimension and weight(see main technical parameters table).
Application:
YX2 series permanent-magnet lifter can be widely used in machinery,metallurgy,mine,dock and other situation which need to transport steel plate,steel pipe and round steel.The lifter's attraction produced by the permanent-magnet and needn't power supply and electric controlled equipment.It uses the crane's pull transmitted to discharged carrier rod by ratchet wheel structure and cam structure on the lifter's discharge device and separates the permanet-magnet chuck from the attracted magnetic materials to achieve the automatic cycle discharging materials.It can both use single unit to lift the short and thick magnetic materials and use combination of several units to lift large and long magnetic materials.It is an ideal lifter,but it has requirement to the attracted materials'outline dimension and weight(see main technical parameters table)
