Principle
DuPont Tyvek is a registered trademark of DuPont proprietary’s protective material brands. It makes use of flash distillation technology: the polymer is processed into continuous filaments by hot-melting, then forms high-density polyethylene after thermal bonding. Using this unique technology we can produce light weight but very tough materials. Tyvek series products combine the benefits of paper, film and fiber as a whole, provide with properties such as tough, durable, strong anti-puncture, anti-static & dust-free, and their control wet working time is from 60~75 days.
Monte-clay: Appearance of gray or gray with red, broken, irregular and granular, montmorillonite ore screening, non-toxic and harmless, environmentally friendly, biodegradable. It’s physical absorbent, and in the condition of low temperature and humidity state, its moisture absorption capacity surpasses other desiccant. It’s suitable for vacuum products, and its heavy metal content is lower than the EU ROHS standard and Sony GP standard.

In line with national standards such as U.S. Military Standard (MIL-D-3464E), Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS-Z-0701) and German Industrial Standard (DIN-55473).
Characteristics and Parameters of DuPont Paper
1. Anti-burst It’s not easy tear by ordinary power of people.
2. Good water resistance Even damp or soaked, it keeps equal strength and will not be bad.
3. Good permeability Its air permeability is better than the average paper.
4. Excellent chemical resistance It’s lack of reaction with most strong acid, alkali & salt.
5. Anti-stretchability From completely wet to completely dry, the paper's stretch or shrink proportion is less than 0.01%.
6. Anti-static Be special anti-static treated, does not produce static electricity and be dustproof.
7. Green product After complete combustion, TYVEK has changed to be water vapor and carbon dioxide, which are not affect the environment at all.
