The Floating-Feed Pelleting Machine can make many kinds of fodder for different kinds of animal fodder such as the fish , shrimps , crab , eel , catfish , batrachia and so on.

The main material can be wheat, rice, corn, broomcorn, maize, beans gritsand powders etc. The size of the finished products can be

adjusted according to customers'different requirements from 1.2-12mm variously.

Taking advantage of the extruding force to expel the gas from the raw material and instead the gas with the material instantly. The raw material get counterflow in the chamber because of the forces to increase the pressure of the extruder when the materials are mixing , extruding, heating, glueing and gelatinization through the friction between the screw and chamber to get stitch alteration. When the gelatinized material will get inflated when the high pressure in the chamber get into normal pressure in the atomasphare . And the moisture go away rapidly when the high temperature in chamber meeting with normal temprature suddenly which caused the cellular structure of the material to enable the finished products can be cooked well and floating on the water. If customer need smaller size, can adjust the cutters to get your purpose
