Spring Type Power Supply Cable Reel

Product Description:

JT series of cable reel is the winding device driven by the spiral to wind the cables automatically. It is suitable for medium and smal cable to provide electrial power for electric equipment which moves directly in medium or short distance. It can be used for equipment such as lifiting electromagnet, electric platform lorry, various cranes, hydraulic buket, tec. It is simple in power supply and safety and reliability in operation. The current data reflected in model is selected according to the working condition of 50% power-on sustaining rate.Main characteristic are as folows: 1,By using spiral springs as power of spining the reel to wind and unwind the cable,it doesn't consume energy itself and can wind and unwind the cable automatically and flexibly. The cable doesn't fray easily and is reliable in operation. 2,Using collector slip ring and carbon brush holder to transfer the electric energy steadily and continuously. 3,Reel can rotate on positive and opposite direction by equipment with reversible mechanism ,and the spring can one-way transfer power without breaking spring as reel rotate at opposite direction.
