Characteristics:

Introduction:

 

The high-elastic exterior latex paint is refined by high-grade imported pure acrylic resin which is self-crosslinking and high elastic, high-quality titanium dioxide and various additives, etc. It has permanent elasticity and good elongation, breaking elongation ≥ 250%. The paint can adapt to movement of live crack from wall surface and effectively contain the substrate cracking which exist and would happen. At the same time, the paint film has a one-way absorption function that is conducive to emit water vapor to the external wall, so as to provide a more reliable protective coating for the buildings.

 

Application:

 

Applied to surface decoration and protection of concrete, cement mortar, masonry, insulation and other types of buildings outside the wall.

Methods: Brushing, rolling or spraying.

Dilution: Add 5%~10% clean water to the paint.

Drying time: Surface drying time is less than 2 h.

Brushing area: 2.5-4m2 / kg (2-coating).

 

Attention:

 

1. The painted surface must be flat, solid, clean, and dry. The moisture content of the substrate is less than 10%, and pH value is less than 10.

2. Don’t add excessive water, darker color products are generally not diluted with water.

3. Ensure the construction temperature is above 5 ℃, relative humidity is less than 70%.

4. The product should be airtightly stored in cool and dry place at 5-40 ℃.
