1.Suitable for cast ingot,steel ball,pig ion,machine chip,for various kinds of steel scraps,return scraps,cropping,baling scraps and so on in foundry factories and for iron power in coal washery,during slag disposal process,it can remove large size of iron at initial step.Outlet box has two chambers,an extra-thick fender and an anti-twist setting. 2.Normal temperature and high temperature type of MW5 series usually use rated voltage mode, also use strong excitation mode and over excitation mode with power-on sustaining rate TD60%.TheMW5 series high temperature type lifting electromagnet adopts special heat-proof measures that can lift scrap steel below 700 degree centigrade. Hign-fequeency type of MW5 series commonly adopts strong excitation mode or over excitation mode with power-on excitation sustaining rate TD75%.Stong Excitation mode(DC-290V/200V)can increase the lifting capacity about 6%.Large-scale can use over excitation mode(DC-350V/290V),which will speed type of MW5 Series electromagnet adopts special method of heat-resistant,can lift and transport scrap steel below 700 degree centigrade,etc. Simple struction and easy installation.It is very convenient to be used together with various lifting electromagnets equipment. 3.For different density of magnetic materials,please choose lifting electromagnet series MW5 according to the righ graph below"MW5 Series of Characteristic Graph for lifting Electromagnet Absorbing Materials".
