Our riser sleeves are strong vacuum-formed insulating tubes which are specifically designed to promote efficient feeding of sand-cast Aluminum and Master alloy castings. The excellent insulation value is to delay solidification,and keep metal in the riser liquid longer. This allows smaller insulated risers to replace larger conventional sand-lined risers.

Our Insulating Riser Sleeves are available in a variety of shapes including open, oval, neck-downs, domed etc.
