Disk Granulator Machine Introduction:

It mainly used to produce pellet with manure and other inorganic fertilizer. Sprayed with proper liquid, the stuffs in the pelleter were rotated and formed the pellet finally. As more pellet forming, then they will rotate out of the pellet.

 

The disk angle of the granulating machine is arc granulating ratio is over 93%. The granulating disk has 3 mouthes that are used to discontinuously produce granules. Which reduces labor intension and improve labor efficiency. Flexible straps turn motor and reducer steadily, which improve life. The bottom is supported by several armor plate solidly. Firm padestel runs balancedly.
