Indication:
Cold compress: headache , fever, toothache ,sunstroke ,scald ,muscle scuffing ,sprain ,trauma haemostasis, beauty ect.
Hot compress: arthritis, rheumatism ,menorrhalagia ,stomach trouble ,cervical ,vertebra trouble ,sciatica ,and strain of lumbar muscles ect.
Usage:
Clod compress: Use after put in the icebox(minus 10 to 20 centi-degrees) of refirgeratoa for more than 15 minutes.
Hot compress: Soak the bag in a container full of water and put into a microwave oven to heat (high temperature) for 3 minutes.Or put the bag directly into the boiling water for 5 minutes to fully heat it.
Hot/cold pack
1. It is available for cold or hot pack,necessary as a good assistant forr every family.
2. For hot compress,please put it in the microwavable contaiter or cover completely with water at medium power setting for 30 secords interval each time until reaching the required temperature oa soak into hot water approx 80-90 degree celsiusfor 3-5 minutes.
3. For cold compress please place it in the freezer for an hour before using.
