It is easily resulted in the explosion and conflagration after the consistency of common industrial powder and dust reaches the certain degree (explosion limit) if touching the static electricity light and spark outside, such as flour powder, chemical dust, coal powder etc. In the field of the de-dusting filter bag, if we use the bag to collect dust, then the filter medium for bags must be anti-static.According to the need of coal milling collecting dust of blast furnace gas, cement plant and other industries at domestic market, we absorbed foreign technology, then developed and produced the anti-static filter cloth.It needs not only the technology of common needle punched felt, but also combining the conducting fiber into the transversal yarn in the needle punched felt base cloth or the conducting fiber and conducting material into the chemical fiber. Our factory could produce both of anti-static filter cloth.
