It is used to bond the spread sheets together under high temperature and pressure. The packs remain under the prescribed conditions of temperature and pressure until curing the glue takes place. The result is plywood which requires sanding and trimming and is then ready for dispatch.
For our Hot Presses the customer can choose the heat medium from thermo oil and heat steam, and the control system can be automatic and manual. All the hydraulic system is from Shanghai manufacturer who has same technology with Japanese. For the daylight and daylight distance, we can design them as our customer’s requirement.
For some special needs of our customer, we also can do the Hot Press Machine with assistant lifting cylinder. The user can choose the platen thickness, daylight number and daylight distance.
