  Working principle

　　Turning over sling turns the mould with 90 degree and demoulds it,the cake together with the side board of the mould are placed on the cutting cart. Started by the motor, the cutting cart moves slowly through the functioning vertical cutting device to complete the vertical cutting. Then it moves to the middle of cutting device and stops there, the cross cutting device is started at this moment. The cutting frame drops vertically, then after cutting the cake horizontally. Cut the cakes from the horizontal side it will return to its original position.
