Working procedure of the machine:

The machine adopts pneumatic driven working principle. PLC control can maintain the consecutiveness and stability of the machine. You just input the indications into the PLC.

The whole procedure is as follows:

Automatic cup dropping----automatic paste /liquid filling ----sealing the container with photocell to trace the design of your film in roll to make sure the design of the film in the middle of the container cover(coding system is included, when seal the container the installed ribbon coder will print date or something else to the cover film )----automatic cutting of the rest film----finished product.
