NK Light Environment-Friendly Ceramic Packing, a brand new type of high-efficiency environment-friendly packing is the latest achievement of our cooperation with NO.6 Researching Center of National Chemical Industry Ministry, Tsinghua University and many of other world level researching centers. NK light environment-friendly ceramic packing is greatly improved on the basis of wooden packing, random packing, grouping packing, pure porcelain packing and light bubble films packing, and it has solved all the problems they have, like low compressive strength, high water absorption ( due to low sintering temperature), and erosion. In the past, more ceramic packing were extruded with saw dust or KK powder more of which resulted in low reliability and many other demerits such as waste of timber and complexity in production. With a new formula, out technologists turned tile mud, flue dust and rare earths into NK Light Environment-Friendly Ceramic Packing by wet-pottery method which is a resource-saving and environment-friendly way. High sintering temperature and advanced procedures give this product a good chemical stability,high compressive strength,temperature resistance,good adsorption and a long life time of more than 10 years averagely. Even under a flowrat of 10,000 cubic meter per hour, in a paphthene-washing tower, NK Light Environment-Friendly Ceramic Packing has a dry-tower pressure drop of 10 mmHg and and operated pressure drop of 20 mmHg so it hardly breaks or causes any blockages. It sells well in Henan, Hebei, Shanxi, Shandong, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and many other provinces, winning a good reputation among customers.
