Fruit slice put on the hanging shelf made by revolving motion will absorb the energy of microwave and make moisture inside material evaporate quickly under low temperature state and reach the purpose of drying. The fruit have same taste as the oil fire fruit, but the fruit form this drying machine have not oil. The food manufactured by this vacuum drying machine is green and healthly food.
