PP three-layer soundproof pipes production line

This line is mainly used for producing PP soundproof pipes. Good indoor pipes should have high strengthen, good sound proof, hot water resistance, corrosion resistance, easy installation, long life-span and etc. According to other country’s experience, we develop this new kind of pipe-pp soundproof pipes. We adopts three layer co-extrusion technology which is widely used in plastic machinery field. Inside and outside layer is PP, here, it can be recycling material, smooth pipe wall, with good function of chemical corrosion resistance and hot water resistance. Hard inside and outside wall can protect middle structure, also keep good impact resistance. Middle layer is mixer of inorganic mineral, pp and thermoplastic elastomer material, which has excellent sound proof and buffer vibration function.
