Lithopone is a white pigment, zinc sulfide and barium sulfate mixture. Zinc sulfate and barium sulfide from the solution derived from the reaction of precipitation, filtration, drying and grinding, then calcined very badly burned red hot, pour into the water quench derived. Opacity secondary to titanium dioxide. No acid. Non-toxic white powder, insoluble in water, with acid to release hydrogen sulfide decomposition, and hydrogen sulfide and alkali does not work. It is a good heat resistance, weather resistance can be improved, anti-algae, lower costs, and its excellent shielding power whiteness.

Application:  Mainly used in paints and for making white paint and other light colour paints. Also can be employed in rubber, printing ink, varnished cloth, paper, enamel, leather and stationery.  Lithopone B-333 is a higher _class material mainly used for high _class paints and coats.
