This kind Ball Mill usually used in metallic and non-metallic mining, building materials and other department to grind all kinds of ores or rock.
Ball Mill by motor through reducer and peripheral big gear slow the transmission, or by low speed synchronous motor through peripheral big gear slow the transmission directly.The ball mill grinds material by rotating a cylinder with steel grinding balls, causing the balls to fall back into the cylinder and onto the material to be ground.The ground material continuously enter into the cylinder ,crushed by running grinding medium,and then discharged through the overflow and continuous feeding power.
The main bearing of ball mill: diameter of cylindrical shell between 900 to 2100mm use spherical bearing,diameter of cylindrical shell over 2700mm use full enclosed self-aligning 120 degree "rocker" type bearings.
Large ball mill with slow transmission device can make host get 0.15 r/min speed .
