METHODS FOR GRAPHITE HEAT SINK
The Theory of Graphite Heat Sink contains the following three methods for HeatTransfer:
1. Conduction: the emitting thermal of led Chips can transfer to the Graphite Heat Sink easily through the MCPCB.
2. Radiation: when graphite is heated, it causes the Lattice Vibration(pumping effect) and power the atoms of Graphite
Crystal , the motion of atoms in a linear chain is coupled, giving rise to propagating waves. This wave, carries energy,
when reaches you, part of the energy of the wave will get converted back into heat, which is why you feel warm sitting
beside a campfire. The materials for Graphite Heat Sink are of Porous Structure and Excellent Absorbability that it is
good at dissipating.
3. Convection: the LED bulb can achieve the Air Convection via the blowholes in the PC Cover: The hot air around the
Graphite Heat Sink and the cool air besides the LED Bulb make Free Convection with each other for the Stack Effect,
this air convection remains cool inter temperature for Graphite Heat Sink and keep the best working temperature for
LED Light Source, which can guarantee the long lifespan of our Bulb.
