The shell is made of aluminum extrusion, the surface have porcelain glaze, end cover was hardening treatment, it suitable for food industry and pharmaceutical industry.

Design:

Vibrator by rotor’s positive and negative torque of imbalance then      evocable centrifugal force generated. Rotor by a pair of heavy preparation lubrication belt of dust ring with ball bearing support, special lubricating grease assure working life.      

The bearing of inner and external rollaway nest design that makes people can use a pin wrench replace bearing, it is very easy.
