Property: 

White or a little buff fine crystal. The relative molecular weight is 69.0 and density is 2.168. It’s no smell and a little saline taste, easy to be deliquescence and to dissolve in water. The melting point is 271°C and decomposition temperature is 320°C. It has the strong oxidizing property, as well as reducing property. It can slowly oxidize into sodium nitrite in the air, and will become diamino compound composed with ammonia under low temperature.

 

 

Uses:

1) Produce nitro-compounds and azo dyes, fabric dye mordant and bleaching agent
2) Produce metal heat treating agent
3) Cement pre-strong agent, antifreezer, medicine-making and chemical industry

 

 

 

Storage

Store in the shady, cool and dry storehouse. Keep away from kindling material and heat source, the packaging should be sealed, can not keep in touch with the air, should preserve with flammable, combustible sustance and reducing agent, etc. Prohibit to store and transport together with other things, carefully load and unload in order to prevent damaging the container and package.
