Plaster of paris bandage adopts high-quality hemihydrates of calcium sulfate and high-quality cotton (40S, 29x18) gauze as its main materials. It is suitable for instant use and for treatment after surgery. Moreover, it is also can be used for model making, such as mask, mould, children toys etc.

1) Immersion time 5 to 10 seconds only.
2) Short and stable curing time, which can be changed for customers’ requirement (tolerance is within 10sec.)
3) It is hardly to see any plaster powder falling off the product after immersing into the water.
4) Higher permeable and excellent molding ability.
5) No deformation after high temperature sterilization.
6) The heating temperature is around 38C, which is consistent with body temperature and makes patient feel comfortable.
