This machine is suitable for separating and cutting such various roll materials as BOPP, PET, CPP, CPE PVC, aluminium foil and paper, etc. And can cut edge, separate and cut material according to different requirements during production, is Performance and Characteristics:
1. Auto matically rectify the unevenness of the end face or the film or paper with pattern deviation.
2. Adopting imported photoelectric switch, PC deviation-rectfying control system makes rectification more accurate.
3. Automatic metre counting and automatic stopping at settable counting metre number.
4. Inflatable rolling shaft makes it easier and faster to load and unload paper core.
5. Automatic slitter edge blowing-inhaling device.
6. Separate winding mode equipped with tension control is adopted for unwinding stand. Winding tension is controlled by interlock of independent driving of two two magnetic powder clutches and main motor.
